NOTE: Flavors noted *(v) can be made Vegan. Vegan cakes contain no eggs and are 100% dairy-free (we use plant-based butter and/or non-dairy milk/cream alternatives where necessary).
We update our menu every month, so please make sure to always read the descriptions below each item before ordering!
*Ganache or Whipped Ganache: Whipped ganache is one of the staple recipes of French Pastry. It differs from the classic ganache by the addition of cream to obtain a soft, foamy ganache with a much lighter texture. Its light and ice-cream-like taste make for a delicious and amazing cake filling!

Oh, In case you're wondering...
All of our cakes are garnished and frosted with a thick layer of Chocolate Ganache, which provides a delicious yet firm layer of protection to ensure that your cake remains perfectly moist, light, and fluffy!
The cake layers and fillings are assembled with either a Vanilla Buttercream or a very light & smooth Cream Cheese Frosting.
